The Next Bugatti Veyron 2012 Review

According report, Bugatti is still pumping time and money into the Veyron. Not only is the development of a replacement underway, a more powerful Veyron GT is on the way and customers are already placing deposits on it.
Bugatti introduced the new version of Bugatti Veyron, will only have a production run of 300 units and with 230 of these already spoken for expect a successor to be well into its planning stages. Bugatti may be developing a high-end successor, and canning plans for a more-affordable model Veyron in the year of 2012.

Bugatti Veyron is also rumoured that Bugatti plans to release an even more powerful GT edition of the Veyron. The Veyron GT ‘s W16 quad-turbo engine will purportedly boast 1200hp and 1500Nms, an increase of around 200hp and 250Nms respectively, enough to propel the GT to an estimated 434km/h. The Veyron’s power unit, open to the air behind the driver, is four times the size of the engine in your regular family saloon and, boosted by four turbochargers, 10 times as powerful. And the price is 50 times that of the average car.

We’re not sure the Veyron needs any more power since it already packs an incredible 1001 hp, but Dr. Franz-Josef Paefgen, CEO of Bugatti, explained that “Bugatti Veyron customers are very extreme people.” Adding more power to the Veyron would certainly take it from extreme to very extreme. And the price will likely follow suit.

Paefgen also told Autocar that Bugatti will not be closing up shop after the 300th Veyron is built. Another range-topping vehicle is the next step, not a smaller, cheaper car that would allow Bugatti to sell in volume. It looks like the exclusivity of a Bugatti will remain as long as Paefgen is at the helm.

2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sports Review

Bugatti introduced a new version of the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport well before the official debut at the Pebble Beach Concours weekend in mid-August. And not only do they reveal official details, but the supercar has entered the Guinness Book of Records with an average speed of 431 km / h (267 mph).

The new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport comes equipped with 16-cylinder engine tuned quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter car that raised the maximum power to 1184 horsepower with a torque peak of £ 1,106-a new ft.The Veyron 16.4 coupe features the Super Sport NACA ducting -style roof, new aerodynamic and suspension upgrades.

On the exterior the car gets expanded and reshaped front air intakes, a revised back with double diffuser, and a centrally arranged exhaust system.

On a beautiful sunny day at 25 degrees the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport achieved a new landspeed world record for production cars, on the proving grounds of the Volkswagen Group at Ehra-Lessien (nearby its headquarters at Wolfsburg). In the presence of the German Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) and a representative of Guinness Book of Records the Super Sport achieved an average top speed of 431 km/h.

Had a model been especially popular or highly successful in races, Ettore Bugatti’s customers often pushed the master to tease out of the engine a few horsepower more for their future car. Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. had been in a similar situation when their existing customers asked the company to not only design their second model optically differently but to also create a version with a sportier and more extreme driving experience.

The result is a car with a uniquely high performance of 1,200-hp (882 kW) offering experienced drivers a whole new dimension of excitement, with a maximum torque of 1,500 Newton metres and a limited top speed of 415 km/h (to protect the tyres) but, the technique of the Super Sport is identical to the record car. The first five Super Sports to come off the production line will constitute a special series of their own, with the same configuration as the landspeed record car.

The Super Sport is a consequent of the further development of the classic exclusive 1,001-hp Bugatti Veyron 16.4, launched in 2005. This model offers a stunning set of specifications, such as the twin clutch gearbox with seven speeds, the extraordinarily precise driving performance in bends and excellent stability when braking and accelerating.

Continuous work in extreme performance ranges lead to constantly new conclusions, which enabled the engineers at Bugatti to develop the Veyron into a direction in which the driver can reach new dimensions. Every modification is designed to produce an even more powerful car for an agile ride. Four enlarged turbochargers and bigger intercoolers have been used to boost the power of the 16-cylinder engine, and the chassis has been extensively redesigned to maintain safety at extreme speed – thanks to slightly raised main-spring travel, stronger stabilisers, and new shock absorbers with a complex architecture originally developed for racing cars. This gives noticeably more precise control of the wheels and the car as a whole. With lateral acceleration of up to 1.4 G and improved interaction between the tyres and the intelligent all-wheel drive system, the Super Sport offers perfect handling and even more powerful acceleration of 1,500 Newton metres on corner exits.

The body has been fine-tuned to improve aerodynamic efficiency and maintain perfect balance in every situation, while the new fibre structure of the all-carbon monocoque ensures maximum torsion rigidity and passive safety – at reduced weight. The skin is made entirely of carbon-fibre composites, and the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport is available in 100 per-cent clearlacquered exposed carbon on request.

Bugatti Veyron Includes World's Most Expensive Cars

Veyron 16.4 (also known as the EB 16 / 4 Veyron) is the strongest car in the world (in 2005). This car made by Volkswagen AG subsidiary, Bugatti Automobiles SAS in a factory in Molsheim, France, and will be sold under the brand Bugatti. The name of this car was taken from the name of a racing driver from France, Pierre Veyron who won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1939 as a racer who represent the company Bugatti.

Top speed The speed of the original version been verified by James May on Top Gear in November 2006, again at Volkswagen's private test track Ehra-Lessien Group. Jeremy Clarkson, driving a Veyron from Italy to London, noted that on top speed of the engine consumes 10,000 imperial gallons (45,000 L) of air per minute (as much as humans breathe in four days).

Veyron accelerates from 0-60 in 2.4 seconds and has a top speed of any production car fastest street legal. Once back in the studio Top Gear, James was asked by co-presenter Jeremy Clarkson what the Veyron feels like driving at 407 km / h (253 mph), May replied that it was "completely undramatic," and very stable at speed. It's just stumbled a bit as moving air brakes on a vertical position to slow the car down at lower speeds.

This car is using W16, consisting of 16 cylinders and 8.0 liters berkasitas. One series consists of four machines. According to VW, the energy generated is PS 1006-1026 cars. However, in advertisements, in Europe and America was written "PS 1001".

Grand Sport roadster model is not just a job to cut the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 standard. Bugatti has worked hard to ensure the structural rigidity of the Grand Sport, making changes to the entire canopy and adding structural enhancements for both stability at speed and safety in the accident. High glass front with a more upright, and carbon fiber longitudinal beams and other structural devices to protect passengers and the sheer speed capabilities Veyron Grand Sport.

And fast Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport. The advantage of going with the top of the Targa is that the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has been established to maintain a strong 16.4 's maximum speed of 253 mph when the roof in place, with a peak speed of 223.7 mph to the ridiculous! Imagine the wind blowing in your face with this speed, and you can feel why the Veyron Grand Sport should be fun, such as conversion or other roadster model on the market.
